Rams Dominate Washingon 30-10 to Improve To 4-1 in the NFC West

10/12/20 LANDOVER MARYLAND, - The Los Angeles Rams swept all of the NFC East teams after beating Washington 30-10 to improve their record to (4-1), and trail only by one game in the NFC West behind the Seattle Seahawks (5-0).
Jared Goff for the Rams completed 21 of his 30 passes for 309-yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. Darrell Henderson Jr. scored a touchdown on the ground and in the air. Robert Woods caught a 56-yard touchdown, and defensive lineman Aaron Donald had four sacks.
The Rams scored in the first inning after Henderson Jr. ran in from 1-yard out to give them a 6-0 lead after Samuel Sloman missed the extra-point kick. Washington's quarterback Kyle Allen scored on a 7-yard touchdown run to take a 7-6 lead.

In the second quarter, Goff threw a 56-yard touchdown strike to wide-receiver Roberts Woods to regain the lead 13-7. Goff would add to the Rams scoring, after running in from 2-yards out increased their lead to 20-7.
Washington scored in the same inning after Dustin Hopkins kicked a 48-yard field goal, now trail 20-10.
The Rams added three more points to their total in the third quarter after Sloman kicked a 23-yard field goal making the score 23-10.
Henderson Jr. would strike the final blow in the fourth quarter after Goff connected with him on with an 11-yard touchdown catch that made the final score 30-10.
