AFC outlast NFC 41-35 in the Pro Bowl at Allegiant Stadium

2/6/22 LAS VEGAS, NV - The 2022 Pro Bowl at Allegiant Stadium saw the AFC hold off and beat the NFC 41-35. Justin Herbert was the MVP on offense, completing 7 of 11 passes for 98-yards, two touchdowns, and one interception.

The Las Vegas Raiders Max Crosby (DE) was the MVP on defense for the AFC. Kyler Murray completed 18 of his 27 passes for 160-yards, three touchdowns, one interception.

Patrick Mahomes completed five passes for 53-yards, and Kirk Cousin completed six passes for 66-yards, one touchdown, one interception, and Russell Wilson 9 passes for 19-yards and two interceptions.

The AFC scored first in the first quarter when Kyler Murray threw a pass intercepted by Darius Leonard (ILB) ran it back for a 45-yard touchdown to make the score 7-0.

The NFC tied the game 7-7 when Kirk Cousin threw a 14-yard touchdown pass to Kyle Juszczyk (FB). The AFC led 14-7 after Justin Herbert connected with Mark Andrews on a 15-yard touchdown pass.

Russell Wilson came in the game and took the NFC offense down the field to the 6-yard line, and on fourth and goal threw a pass in the endzone and was intercepted by J.C. Jackson (CB).

The NFC trail 14-13 after Patrick Mahomes' pass was intercepted and returned for a 63-yard touchdown by Antoine Winfield Jr. (FS), and the two-point conversion was no good.

Myles Garrett had a fumble recovery and ran it in for a 22-yard touchdown, and the two-point conversion pass from Mike Jones to Dionte Johnson was good that gave the AFC a 22-13 lead with 14:48 left before halftime.

Trevon Diggs from the Dallas Cowboys intercepted a pass by Justin Herbert to give the NFC offense field position at the 49-yard line.

Kyler Murray had the NFC trailing by one point 22-21 after his 19-yard touchdown pass to Mike Evans (WR), and the two-point conversion by CeeDee Lamb was good.

Russell Wilson threw a pass intended for Justin Jefferson, intercepted by Derwin James (SS) with 7:09 before halftime.

The AFC led 28-21 when Justin Herbert threw a 7-yard touchdown pass to Mark Andrews, and Najee Harris ran it into the endzone for the two-point conversion.

In the third quarter, the AFC increased their lead to 34-21 when Mac Jones threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Hunter Renfrow.

Things were getting worst for the NFC, as the AFC now led 41-21 when Stefon Diggs (WR) scored on a 4-yard touchdown run.

The NFC scored in the fourth quarter when Kyle Pitts (TE) caught a 5-yard touchdown pass from Kyler Murray with 10:08 left in the game that made the score 41-28.
