The Dodgers come up short against the Mariners 7-6

LOS ANGELES - Seattle Mariners’ right fielder Dominic Canzone hit a game winning two-run home run in the eighth inning to help his team defeat the Dodgers 7-6 in the series opener Tuesday night at Dodgers Stadium.
It was Canzone second home run of the game. The Dodgers cut the lead to 7-6 in the ninth inning on Shohei Ohtani RBI double but Mookie Betts grounded out to end the game.
Starting Dodgers pitcher Justin Wrobleski's threw six innings and gave up seven hits, five runs and four home runs with seven strikeouts.
Ohtani opened the scoring with a solo home run to right field to give the Dodgers an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning. Seattle answered in the top of the second inning with solo home run from Cal Raleigh to make it a 1-1 game.
In the bottom of the third inning, Dalton Rushing came around to score on a double-play ball from Freddie Freeman and the Dodgers took a 2-1 lead. Julio Rodriguez tied it with a solo home run to right field in the top of the fourth inning.

Rob Refsnyder hit a two-run home run to give Seattle a 4-2 lead in the top of the fourth inning. Tommy Edman cut the lead to 4-3 with a RBI double to center field in the bottom of the fourth inning. In the same inning, Ohtani singled to score Edman and tie it 4-4.
Max Muncy homered to right field to give the Dodgers a 5-4 lead in the bottom of the fifth inning. Seattle came right back with a home run from Dominic Canzone to tie it 5-5 in the top of the sixth inning.
Muncy tied Eric Karros for the most home runs in Uniqlo Field at Dodger Stadium history with 130 home runs.
